Anita Tate, owner/broker of Century 21 West Main Realty and Auction has called Wilson County home for more than 30 years. A native of Madison, she has seen Lebanon, Mount Juliet and other communities virtually explode in recent years.
Anita earned her real estate license in 1997 after more than two decades running a very successful repossession and investigation business. She has quickly become one of Wilson County’s top producers, gradually increasing her sales volume and earning Gold, Platinum and the coveted Diamond awards from EMTAR. Working 100 hour weeks is normal for Anita. She leads by example and gives her clients every moment she has available.
With the growth of her business, she recognized early on that it would be important to have a good team. A good team allows her to focus on sales and service to her customers. Wendell Edwards and Anita’s daughter, Lesli Hammontree, are both licensed agents who are available to answer questions immediately.
When not selling or listing houses, Anita loves to spend time with her husband, John; her daughter, Lesli; her son-in-law, Trent; and her two grandchildren, Talor and Jake.
Anita’s focus is on her customers. Providing good customer service has guided her personal and company success. When she’s with a client, they have her full attention.
